- Respect all residents.

- New residents must
sign in and out, location and time for return, for
the 30-day probation period.
Curfew is 10:00 p.m. for the first 30 days.
- Upon completion of
probationary period (house vote), Curfew: 11:00 p.m.
Sunday-Thursday;
1:00 a.m. Fri-Sat. Residents who are on weekend passes
must return by the time of their respective house
meetings unless prior arrangements have been made.
Failure to return home in
time for house meeting will result in $25.00 fine.

- Complete all necessary
paperwork.
- Maintain employment
or community service
(minimum of 25 hours per week).
- Residents must have
at least six months of sobriety to work in an establishment
that serves alcohol unless they are employed in such
an establishment upon admission.
- Complete assigned
chores as scheduled.
- Participate in cooking,
menu planning and grocery shopping. Clean up after
yourself.
- Smoke in assigned
areas only. No smoking in bedrooms at any time.
- Maintain a clean
and tidy sleep area—make bed daily.
- No sleeping on couch
or chairs—you must sleep in your room.
- Cough and flu medicines
that contain alcohol are prohibited. Residents are
prohibited from taking narcotic and pain medications
and must inform their physician of addiction and find
appropriate alternative.
- Observe set times
for use of TV and radio (house vote), and respect
others regarding volume, choice of shows, etc. Be
considerate of neighbors.
- Visitors must have
at least 30 days of continuous recovery. Sees-the-Day
reserves the right to refuse or expel any visitors
whom we believe are a threat or may impede a resident's
recovery. (Must have solid evidence, not hearsay or
innuendo.)
- Attend all aftercare
appointments as scheduled (doctor, therapist, probation
officer, etc.).
- Self-administer all
medications as prescribed.
- Secure all medications
in sleep area.
- Medications may not
be discontinued without physician's orders. Violation
of this rule may be grounds for immediate dismissal.
- Shirts and socks,
slippers or shoes must be worn in common house areas—no
bare feet.
- No cellular phones
or pagers for the first 90 days—unless work related—employment
verification required. (See rules for cell phones.)
- Limit phone calls
to 15 minutes. Use of *69 or directory assistance
(411, etc.) is prohibited.

Any resident not following the house rules
will be subject to files and/or expulsion.
